Dr. Kurtle!
Helping people become more fully human.
I believe people aren't simply meant to become more productive, more successful, or more influential.
They're meant to become who they were created to be.
My work brings together leadership, theology, communication, psychology, and strategy to help people align their beliefs, relationships, work, and purpose into one integrated life.
Whether I'm teaching a classroom, writing a book, coaching a leader, or analyzing culture, the goal is always the same:
Human flourishing through a biblical worldview.
Coach: helping individuals and organizations grow in areas of authentic leadership, transformational leadership, and servant leadership, all from a biblical lens.
Teacher: teaching is a part of who I am. Whether in sales, leadership roles, dance classes, bible study, or in my role as a professor (ranging from GED instruction to DBA chair), I carry teaching with me everywhere I go.
Author: published in textbooks & academic journals, I’ve begun working on my first nonfiction and fiction books.
My Approach
Community, Connection, and Authentic Alignment.
The full experience of humanity is designed to include others. God proclaimed it is not good for man to be alone, providing fellowship and community. (Genesis 2)
As someone who enjoys games, I like to live life to level up. As a cooperative player, I enjoy seeing others level up. As a teacher, I’m equipped to show people how to level up. In community, we all grow and experience life together. Every single person has something unique to offer. That is the beauty of humanity: that we are all unique, with different thoughts and ideas, and we can offer the gifts of knowledge and experience to one another, leveling up together, in holistic fellowship.
Leadership through a Biblical Perspective
Christian Character is developed through the daily thoughts and actions that we put into practice (N.T. Wright). We’re called to think about good things (Philippians 4) and then do good things. Who we are, as leaders, is a practiced and developed self based on our habitual instincts that have become second nature, our character.
Living a Rewarding & Fulfilled Life
Using the PREVISER method that Dr. Kurtle developed during his doctoral studies, the model quickly identifies the gaps keeping a person from experiencing a fulfilled life.
Adaptive Methodology
A sustainable model that can be used time and time again. As we grow and change, our needs and fulfillment factors grow and change, as well. We can revisit the human fulfillment method anytime, shifting goals to align as your personal or organizational needs also shift.
